La Manda is an author, writer, and visual storyteller creating imaginative stories for children and families. She is the founder of Tangerine Tales LLC, and Studio V12, where she develops books and animated projects that blend humor, heart, and deeper meaning.

Best known for her children’s book and animation Surprise! It’s Just Pee!, La Manda’s work explores themes of curiosity, courage, faith, and freedom, inviting young readers and adults to laugh, reflect, and feel seen. Her storytelling is rooted in visual language and allegory, expanding naturally into animation and film.
